Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to ship all orders in a timely manner. Your total delivery time is made up of the time it takes us to process your order and then the actual shipping time. Due to high demand during the holidays, we will be shipping most orders within 3-4 business days of receipt instead of 2. We will not be responsible for inaccurate addresses, item numbers or quantities entered by internet customers; re-shipments will be at customers expense. Upgrading to Overnight Delivery does not mean your package will arrive the next day. It does reduce the shipping time after the package leaves our facility but not the processing time. We do not ship out of the country. Hawaii and Alaska require 2nd Day Air Fees.

All appropriate tax will be added to your purchase. Products, baskets, and bows will vary according to availability. If substitutions are made, they will be done to equal value. Any seasonal ornamentation will be adjusted to accommodate the appropriate time of year.
